Vince Taylor –
Chef Vince Taylor was a successful Executive Chef and entrepreneur in South Florida for over 20 years. The North Georgia Mountains called to him, and The Flying Trout Restaurant is lucky to be his new home.
Some might recognize Chef Taylor’s creation of a replica of the historical Bok Tower. Made from chocolate and filled with mousse or ice cream, this creation earned Chef Taylor the “Best of the Best” in restaurant reviews. The Bok Tower chocolate dessert was highly publicized and is still recognized to this day.
Chef Taylor and his culinary team are proud to present a unique menu of well known Southern comforts with flair.
